About Us

Hilliers Butchers is a family store run by Lee, Gaye and daughter Catherine often lending a hand. Lee has worked in the industry since the age of 13 and prides himself with an extensive knowledge of the food and catering trade.

Hilliers aim to sell local British produce which is sourced from reputable suppliers with whom we have traded for many years.

History 

In 1996, the opportunity to expand presented itself when our local village store in Snitterfield, Stratford upon Avon, became available. Thanks to great local support we have had 15 highly successful years in Snitterfield, the highlight being winning the 2002 Robert Wiseman neighbourhood shop of the year award; a nationally judged competition.

Our success in Snitterfield spurred us on to expand our butchery business and in September 2010 we proudly opened a store on the outskirts of Stratford upon Avon bringing our unique brand of local village store to the Stratford community.

Established in 1993, Hilliers butchers had humble beginnings as a small farm shop in Shrewley Warwickshire. Our aim was to run a traditional, yet modern butchers shop placing an emphasis on bringing high quality, local produce to the area.
